It's been a month since we left HATL and I'm missing the Physio Squad right now!

I still remember the first day of practical. For your information, this is our first clinical posting and we were sent to Hospital Angkatan Tentera Lumut, Perak. Jauh kan? Yes,indeed! We took about 3 hours to get there. So for our clinical posting, we rent a house and stayed there for 2 months. At first, tak tahu pun rumah tu scary and a bit dangerous sebab senior bagitahu pun lepas kita orang bayar sewa but never mind. Luckily we managed to stay there, safe and sound. So back to the story, first day tu kita orang semua bangun awal (semangat katanya *tangan dibahu) and we reached there like 30 mins before 8.00 a.m. Nobody was there so we had to wait. 20 mins after that, baru ada tanda-tanda orang datang. Ada seorang staf bukakan pintu department then kita orang pun masuk. We introduced ourselves as the new practical student and the staf suruh tunggu kejap. So we wait for like 5 mins then an Indian lady came in. She introduced herself as Kpl. Uma. She's the physiotherapist and she said Stap. Mathew was the one who's in charge but he's not here so for the time being, she'll lead us. She then introduced us to the staff, Kak Kiah and Kak Laili and also to the male therapists, Kpl.Azman and Kpl. Din. I don't want to talk about how me and Miza get 'scolded' sebab tak bawa Tendon Hammer (lol) and I don't want to talk about how I foolishly didn't bring my evaluation document. Hahaha! Umm then Kpl. Uma taught us how to use the machine up to how to treat the patient. Interesting, isn't it? Sebelum ni memang tak ada chance langsung nak treat real patient so memang through clinical posting ni lah yang bagi peluang ni kat kita orang. So, to conclude our first week of practical ni, we didn't get to treat any patients yet sebab HATL ada buat 'Sukan Intra Kor' and we've to be a part of them. KPI asked us for our help and we help them. We didn't do much. Cuma decorate boards, padam, decorate lagi, padam and decorate lagi. Then we moved the boards places to places. Oh, jadi runner for the marathon event. Pendek kata, behind the scenes punya job la. So, we barely stayed at the physio department.

The 2nd week - It was hectic! There were too many patients! We've to run back and forth and memang tak cukup kaki tangan but luckily ada Kpl. Uma and Kpl. Azman! They helped us, they taught us so many things. Alhamdulillah, ringan sikit beban. Ni mesti kes injured lepas sukan ni. Tu la, dulu masa PJK cikgu ajar suruh warm up sebelum sukan, tak buat kan? Cool down lagilah, lepas lari terus baring. Kan dah injured, degil sangat! Hahaha!

The 3rd week - Ramadhan starts at the first week! Yang untungnya, patient tak ramai and dapat balik awal. Pukul 3 PM beb! Rahmat di bulan Ramadhan agaknya. Alhamdulillah! Masih lagi treat patient macam biasa and I always get my 'regular' patient. Dah jadi rapat dah pun. Tapi kalau new case, memang susah sikit. Semua orang kalau boleh nak elak (lol) sebab kena assess from A to Z. Yang best buat new case ni, kita dapat belajar benda baru. Yang tak bestnya, kena tanya Kpl. Uma or Kpl. Azman kalau tak tahu apa-apa. Kadang-kadang tu dia tanya kita balik, tu yang gelabah tu. Tuan Kumar and Stap. Mathew pun dah masuk bertugas dekat physio department. Stap. memang jarang ada tapi Tuan, kalau dia ada memang riuh satu department. Suara dia macam ada majlis dalam department tu. Setiap kali ada Tuan and kalau Tuan ternampak any of us, memang dia akan tanya soalan. As usual, Tuan tanya, Tuan jawab. Bukan tak tahu jawapan cuma bila ditanya secara mengejut, sel-sel otak semua putus, tak boleh berhubung dengan baik. Hahaha!

The 4th week - As usual, we came to HATL 15 mins before 8.00 A.M. Masuk bilik, letak beg, tukar kasut, buka suis mesin, basahkan span and buat borang assessment. Rutin harian! Then by 8.30 A.M, patient dah mula datang so we treat them based on their conditions. Bila habis waktu kerja, balik rumah sama-sama. Kadang-kadang tu pergi Tesco ke, Giant ke, beli barang nak masak. The first two weeks of Ramadhan, makan dekat rumah. Kadang-kadang, Kak Fiza masak. Ada tu kalau malas, beli je kat bazaar kat luar. Then malam pulak kalau rajin, kita orang study but for me and Ara, kita orang tengok mood but mostly she watched anime and I watch KDramas. Hehehe! Start minggu ni la kami semua mesti balik every weekend. Tak semua, it's just me and Ara. Sometimes, Miza pun ikut sekali. Balik rumah sendiri lagi baik dari duduk tak buat apa. Stress!

The 5th week - There's a crisis between the three of us and 'the big sister'. Guess what's all about? A guy! I don't think she's on her right mind! We've been friends for about 2 years and she loves that guy more than our friendship! I'M SO MAD! I'M SO FREAKING DISAPPOINTED! Never thought that this thing will ever happen to me again! Ingatkan gaduh pasal lelaki ni zaman noob je, zaman sekolah dulu. Tak sangka jadi lagi!

The 6th and 7th week - Things started to mess up! We'd distance ourselves with her, we ignore her as much as we want. Dekat rumah memang tak sembang apa-apa. Kalau dekat department, cakap bila perlu, bila ada hal penting or berkaitan kerja. Waktu buka puasa, memang kita tiga je. Itu pun makan dekat luar. Memang sedih! The day we all went balik kampung sebab cuti raya seminggu pun, memang tak cakap apa-apa. 'Bye'! That's all.

The last week of practical - We had to finish up all the assignments, presentations and log book. Memang semua kerja last minute but luckily we managed to settled it! Assignment dah hantar dekat Pn.Ida, presentation dah buat dengan Stap. Mathew and evaluation dibuat oleh En. Bus hari Khamis tu. One week before that, memang gelabah! Nak cari bahan assignment, case study lagi, nervous nak jumpa En.Bus lagi tapi santai je En.Bus kata ''sebab ni 1st clinical awak, saya bagi relax je". Relax? En. Bus tak tahu agaknya, naik gila kami kat rumah tau. Gila sampai buku satu apa pun tak baca. Hahaha! Tapi apa-apa pun, we have fun! Sebelum En.Bus balik, kita orang ambik gambar dulu. Nak candid cara 'hipster' tapi mereka semua 'old fashion' sikit.  Tengok gambar kat atas, itu buktinya! Hahaha! The next day, still kena treat patient lagi. Then kemas-kemas apa yang patut. Tengah hari tu, memang the last time we all met. Sebelum berpisah, Kpl. Uma, Kpl. Azman, Kak Kiah semua bagi nasihat (alahai sedih pulak) then salam tangan tanda perpisahan. Kpl. Din tak keluar pun, sedih kot tak jumpa Ara lagi (wuu) Miza pulak asyik cari je sebab nak minta maaf. Hahaha!

The conclusion is, we all had fun!
Thank you Tuan Kumar sebab selalu kongsi ilmu tentang ACL, LCL semua. Tuan Kumar tak garang cuma suara je kuat tapi bila Tuan bercerita, saya takut sebab saya rasa macam kena marah. Saya selalu elak jumpa Tuan. Aura Tuan buat saya takut. Hahaha!
Thank you Stap Mathew sebab selalu panggil kita orang gotong-royong. Saya jadi sado sebab banyak angkat barang berat. Hahaha! Banyak markah Stap. bagi kat kami. In Shaa Allah kami dapat A+.
Thank you Kpl. Uma sebab banyak sangat bagi tunjuk ajar. Dari nak sambut patient sampailah ke cara nak treat patient. Kpl. Uma tak garang cuma suara tu lantang. Miza selalu ingat dia kena marah. Hahaha! Thank you juga sebab banyak bagi saya rehat. Kpl. Uma selalu cakap saya ni selalu sakit. Maklumlah, immune body dah semakin lemah. saya dah makin tua. Hahaha!
Thank you Kpl. Azman sebab banyak ajar kami itu ini. Dari benda yang kami dah tahu sampailah ke benda yang kami langsung tak pernah dengar. Thank you sebab menceriakan hari-hari kami, borak dengan kami bila takde patient, buli kami sebab kami noob. Hahaha! And special thank you sebab bawa saya pergi emergency ward masa saya 'sakit nak mati' hari tu. Akan ku kenang jasamu!
Thank you Kpl. Din sebab ajar kami pasal OT. Saya dengan Miza takut dengan Kpl. Din tau. Sebab Kpl. Din macam taknak layan kami. Kami tau la kami ni cantik, janganlah malu! Kpl. Din asyik layan Ara je. Kpl. Din tau tak 'bertepuk sebelah tangan tak berbunyi tau'? Hahaha! Gurau je, jangan marah.
Thank you Kak Kiah and Kak Laili sebab dah jadi 'mak' bagi kami. Kami kat sini memang dahagakan kasih sayang seorang ibu. Hahaha! Thank you sebab banyak bagi nasihat, tolong kami bacakan tulisan doktor yang entah apa-apa tu. Saya pun tak faham, dulu kat tadika tak belajar tulis elok-elok ke? Hahaha!

Thank you to all of you! We experienced so many things throughout these period of time. Ada suka, ada duka. Ada pahit, ada manis. In Shaa Allah, kalau ada rezeki, panjang umur, kami datang lagi. Take care!

And yeah, the end. Menarik kan cerita tu? I'll be back with a new story guys! Stay tuned!
*P/s : I'm sorry for the mixed up between English and Bahasa. I ran out of ideas and I just type what's on my mind.
